The two wolves in your mind

An old Cherokee wants to give is grandson an important lesson about life.

“A fight is going on inside me,” he said to the boy. “It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is black – he is anger, envy, sorrow, regret, greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.”
He continued, “The other is white – he is joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith”
He added, “The same fight is going on inside you – and inside every other person, too.”
His grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked him, “Which wolf will win?
The old Cherokee simply replied, “The one you feed.”
The emotions we nurture determine who we will become. And you, did it happen to you to be caught in a negativity cycle?

  1. Sometimes we can think negatively also but we need to fight and calm so that we can find the solution and how to win the negative attitude.

  2. At first always emotion, but finally must really fight that anger.
    So after calm,, can easier to find solution how to get win the bad attitute/anger.

  3. As much as possible, use intellect rather than emotions in dealing with issues. Don’t harbor ill feelings and always think positive.

  4. We need to fight negative attitude.. And we must learn about positive attitude coz positive brings to positive

  5. Sometimes we in conditions angry because someone hurt us n but we must tried to calm down and ask for the reason.
    Because positive will bring positive

  6. This story is teaching me about different ways of pay attention which Wolf living in our hearts…
    Between negative attitude and positive attitude…. When we tried ourself in angry conditions with positive attitude.. Will calm down and peaceful

    Which is bad attitude like angry,arrogant, hurt it’s doesn’t benefits for us,and the good attitude is more powerfull to make ourself happierd and enjoying.
